Workin' Out Like an Elf

It's day 3 of the #Elf4Health challenge hosted by the fabulous Elle & Lindsay, and for the first two weeks I'll be paired up with Sam at Better With Sprinkles (I just started reading her blog, and I already love it). Each week we'll be tackling various daily tasks and I'm really excited to make some healthy changes over the next month!

Monday was the 1st day of the challenge, and the goal was to make it a Meatless Monday. T'was a success, even though it might not have been the healthiest of meatless days...

That's what happens when your boyfriend spontaneously gets you NHL tickets and your only option is a concession stand dinner. Fun fact, Bridgestone arena serves up the most epic cheese fries ever.
Tuesday's assignment was to Unsubscribe from at least 3 email lists and catalogs you no longer want to receive. Well, I probably unsubscribed to more than 10 and it felt so good!

Wednesday's challenge is to try a new workout so I did a little digging and I found this gem from He and She Eat Clean to do over my lunch break:
Sounds perfect to me!

    Such a great workout! I'm going to have to add this to my list of new ones to try. And those cheesy fries look BOMB. Drooling just looking at the picture. Happy Thanksgiving!
