A very happy What-I-Ate-Wednesday to ya! Given that my eats today were all from Halloween, it's kind of miraculous that all of the pictures below aren't of candy. In fact, I didn't have ONE piece of candy that day! Granted, this Reese's PB cup hound was feeling a tad under the weather, but still that's highly unusual.

homemade peach blueberry jam and a veggie scramble made up of 2-eggs, 1/2 an avocado, red & green bell pepper and onion (topped w/ Cholula hot sauce of course)

Lunch: Chunky Chicken with Dumplings Soup
Snack #2: Honey Roasted Cashews 'n' Almonds
Dinner: Jalapeno & Turkey Pizza Bites!
Snack #4: Pumpkin Basil Beer Bread, mmmmm so Halloween-ish!
