eating well in a post-marathon world

Wednesday just wouldn't be complete without a day of random eats. So below, for your viewing pleasure, are my post-marathon, Monday, back-to-normality eats from this week... so much YUM! :)
Monday's meals included...

for breakfast: WW Toast topped with Smart Balance Flax Seed Oil Spread & Strawberry Jam and paired with a Simple Scramble

for an A.M. snack: Vanilla Tea & 2 Clementines

for lunch: a Healthy Choice Crustless Chicken Pot Pie Cafe Steamer

for a mobile P.M. snack: a Honeycrisp apple enjoyed during an afternoon walk

and for dinner: (LOTS of) Chicken Alfredo Pasta seasoned with Herb de Provence & Red Pepper Flakes

What healthier habits are you creating for yourself this fall? Since my big race is over, I'm focusing on eating a wider variety of healthy foods right now. I'm also participating in Run Eat Repeat's 2013 Pile on the Miles challenge this month!
