Today I've got another quick update on my Fall 2013 Bucket List Series for y'all...

Complete Lauren Conrad's 3-week Slim Down Challenge (see the recap here)
Try One-Song Workouts
Try a Restorative Yoga Class
Use a "For the Long Run" Treadmill (see the recap here)
Try a Cycling Class
Finish the Music City Half Marathon (Oct. 13th) (see the recap here)
Finish the Nashville Hard Rock Cafe Marathon (Nov. 9th)

Homemade Herb Beer Bread via Till Then, Smile Often check!

Last night, I was determined to take a shot at Kerry's recipe, but then quickly realized that we didn't have all of those wonderful herbs in our pantry! Undaunted, I substituted New Belgium's seasonal pumpkin ale & just used basil to come up with a slightly different but delightfully crispy version of my own. (It's so good served warm!) It paired exceedingly well with 'The Conjuring' as a comforting & decadent Halloween treat.

Healthier Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies via Greatist (see the recap here)
Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Cold Brewed Coffee via Thug Kitchen
Super Fluffy Banana Bread Pancakes via Freeing Imperfections
Copycat Chocolate-Frosted Hostess Donuts via Taylor Made It Paleo (see the recap here)

An Autumn Wreath (see the recap here)
A Homemade Halloween Costume (one of my favorite things about fall) check!
I give you Mario Kart Toad!
Spruce up my "home-office" desk
Fluff-tastic Paw Prints
Tin Can Luminaries
Jewelry Organization
Patterned Jeans check!
The trickiest part of this DIY project was creating a template for my pattern, I wanted something simple & fun, but different from the heart-patterned jeans that inspired me. Basically, I wanted the perfect pants for a Hoosier football tailgate...

Go Camping in Natchez Trace State Park
Eat at Jeni's Icecream in 12South (see the recap here)
See a show at the Ryman Auditorium check!
Adjusted this goal a tad since there aren't any more shows slated for the Woods at Fontanel this fall...oops... obviously didn't do proper due diligence!

I've been dying to see another show at the Ryman. Luckily, Matt was able to snag a couple of tickets to a free, fan-appreciation concert that Ben Folds decided to put on this past Wednesday. This "intimate night" with Ben Folds was an incredible solo show, he really let loose and was even taking shout-out requests from the audience. It was basically an hour of pure musical magic :)
If you've never been to a concert at the Ryman, I highly recommend adding to your own personal bucket lists!

Go Line Dancing
Picnic at Arrington Vineyards
Walk around Vanderbilt's campus (see the recap here)
Go Star Gazing
Also adjusted this little item because there aren't any more organized star parties that I'll be able to make. However, star gazing is still something I really want to do this fall. Matt has a wonderfully retro (and massive) telescope he inherited that could use some love & attention :)

What things have y'all been crossing off your to-do lists this fall??
