Greetings from a rainy & cozy Tennessee! This past week has been incredibly relaxing & restful. Exactly what the doctor ordered after running my first marathon. My body was a lot more tender than I'd anticipated and so my workouts over the last seven days have been kept to a bare minimum of walking, planking and minimal easy pace running. Unfortunately, I didn't meet my weekly Pile on the Miles goal of 13 miles, but I'm loving all the rest and my body is starting to feel back to normal again :)

However, I do have an embarrassing discovery to share...

A very happy What-I-Ate-Wednesday to ya! Given that my eats today were all from Halloween, it's kind of miraculous that all of the pictures below aren't of candy. In fact, I didn't have ONE piece of candy that day! Granted, this Reese's PB cup hound was feeling a tad under the weather, but still that's highly unusual.
