Happy October y'all! Another month, another training schedule. It's hard to believe there are only 39 days until my 1st Marathon! October is a big month for me, I'll be peaking in my weekly mileage and running another half marathon in less than a couple weeks. It can all get a little overwhelming when I start to think about it, but I'm just taking it one run at a time and trusting the process:
As for my September training, I didn't quite meet my goal of skipping no more than 2 runs (skipped 3), but I'm happy with the progress I made last month all the same :)
