Today I've got another quick update on my Fall 2013 Bucket List Series for y'all...

1. Complete Lauren Conrad's 3-week Slim Down Challenge (see the recap here)
2. Try One-Song Workouts
3. Try a Restorative Yoga Class
5. Try a Cycling Class
6. Finish the Music City Half Marathon (Oct. 13th)
Fail -- due to sibling-related responsibilities, as evidenced by the birthday gift I made for my little sister, Olivia. On the bright side, a friend who DID run it picked up my awesome tech t-shirt and unearned medal for me, so it wasn't a total loss!

7. Finish the Nashville Hard Rock Cafe Marathon (Nov. 9th)

1. Homemade Herb Beer Bread via Till Then, Smile Often
2. Healthier Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies via Greatist
We're heading to the Smoky Mountains this weekend with family for a cabin getaway (SO excited, *whisper scream*). When Matt's mom asked us to bring something sweet, I immediately knew I wanted to make these!

3. Baked Pumpkin Doughnuts via King Arthur Flour (see the recap here)
4. Cauliflower Pizza Crust
5. Cold Brewed Coffee via Thug Kitchen
6. Super Fluffy Banana Bread Pancakes via Freeing Imperfections
7. Copycat Chocolate-Frosted Hostess Donuts via Taylor Made It Paleo (see the recap here)

1. An Autumn Wreath (because I've never made a wreath before!) (see the recap here)
2. A Homemade Halloween Costume (one of my favorite things about fall)
3. Spruce up my "home-office" desk
4. Fluff-tastic Paw Prints
5. Tin Can Luminaries
6. Jewelry Organization  (because my many necklaces/earrings/bracelets are sad all tangled up)
7. Patterned Jeans

1. Go Camping in Natchez Trace State Park
2. Eat at Jeni's Icecream in 12South
This ice cream is incredible!! We noshed on a Trio of: The Buckeye State (a PB/Chocolate flavor), Salty Caramel (their bestseller) and The Milkiest Chocolate in the World (no explanation needed). Now, we just need to head over to East Nasty sometime and check out the original location!

3. See a show at the Woods at Fontanel
4. Go Line Dancing
5. Picnic at Arrington Vineyards
6. Walk around Vanderbilt's campus (see the recap here)
7. Go to a Star Party

I'm so excited to head out to the Smokies this weekend! It's supposed to get down into the 30s (weather I'm super thankful for), so we'll be loading our selves down with sweaters, fluffy socks and the infamous UGGS.

Have a fabulous weekend!!

What's your favorite (fashionable or no) piece of cold weather clothing? Love me some fluffy socks ;)

What's the last flavor of ice cream you had? A melty combo of all 3 above!
