Happy What-I-Ate-Wednesday y'all. The eats I'm sharing today are all fairly light 'n healthy (and typical for a weekday). Just a random day of eats :)
Breakfast: Yoplait Vanilla Greek Yogurt topped with a package of the Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal Nut Blend Emerald Breakfast on the go! This was my first time trying this granola-ish deliciousness and it's wonderful! Side Note: This granola was free via Kroger's Free Friday Download -- making it even more wonderful :)
A.M. Snack: a crisp & juicy honeycrisp apple
Lunch: a 2-egg simple scramble with chicken and diced tomatoes from the garden
