I hope your Monday is off to a Marvelous start! Matt was out of town over the weekend so along with having some fun re-arranging furniture and tending to a mountain of clean laundry in need of folding, I had a ton of time to catch up on some much-needed Me time :)

Re-Reading the HP series...
Because you can never read these books too many times! (Bonus: finding an old bookmark made me smile something fierce...) 

and running my longest distance ever!
15 miles nice & easy with walking as needed (followed by my first ever ice bath)

Do you have a consistent routine for weekend food prep? At the very least, I try to wash and cut all my veggies and fruits for snacks as soon as I get home from the grocery store.
What types of meals/snacks do you prepare ahead of time? I usually only prepare snacks ahead of time, but I've been thinking about expanding my food prep recently to include some full meals.
